Box Fox

Box Fox is a puzzle game where you can shoot a beam that lets you switch places with boxes, but only if you can make the beam pass through a barrier first. The goal is to fill each slot in a level with a box of the matching color.

Also, you're a fox.

It ends up being a game all about positioning yourself and the boxes in relation to the barrier zones, and figuring out what boxes you need where and how to get them. You'll often need to set up the field several steps in advance. 

You have to learn how to see the whole field and use your creativity to get everything where it needs to be. Sometimes there are actually multiple solutions you can plan out for a level, and you'll have to get yourself familiar with all the ways to use the mechanic and how the other objects on the field can affect your strategies.

Some of these levels are quite tough to puzzle out, so you'll really have to think outside the box to tackle this game!

(FYI, since this was made for a game jam, there are definitely some bugs remaining that I didn't have enough time to iron out, mainly visual ones. Feel free to let me know if anything important breaks!)
